We primarily partner with Delhi-based courier services for fast and reliable delivery:

  • 📦 Ecom Express – Pan-India coverage; good tracking
  • 🚛 Shadowfax – Quick delivery; popular in metros

  • ✅ Unique tracking number provided via email after dispatch
  • ✅ Real-time tracking on courier partner website/app
  • ✅ SMS & WhatsApp updates on shipment status
  • ✅ Estimated delivery date displayed in tracking

6. Order Confirmation & Shipping Updates 📧

You will receive:

  1. Order Confirmation Email: Immediately after successful payment
  2. Dispatch Notification: Within 1-2 business days with courier details & tracking link
  3. In-Transit Updates: Real-time SMS/WhatsApp notifications from courier
  4. Delivery Confirmation: When product is successfully delivered

7. Delayed Shipment Handling ⚠️

If shipment is delayed beyond estimated timeline:

  • Contact us at store@happiehugs.store with your order number & tracking link
  • Provide 2-3 days grace period (delays can occur during peak seasons)
  • We will immediately contact the courier partner and escalate your concern
  • Follow up: Check tracking link for live updates

If delayed beyond 15 days:

  • Contact the courier partner directly using your tracking number
  • Email us proof of delay; we will support you in filing a claim

8. Lost or Missing Shipment 📭

If your shipment is lost or goes missing:

  1. Report Immediately: Contact store@happiehugs.store with order number & tracking number
  2. Provide Evidence: Screenshot of courier tracking showing “not delivered” or “lost”
  3. Investigation: We will lodge a claim with the courier partner within 24 hours
  4. Resolution:
    • ✅ Full refund OR
    • ✅ Free replacement (at our discretion)

Timeline: Resolution within 15-20 business days


9. Damaged Shipment During Transit 📦

If product arrives damaged or in poor condition:

  1. Do NOT Accept if severely damaged; refuse delivery if possible
  2. Document the Damage: Take clear photos/videos of damaged product & packaging
  3. Report within 24 Hours: Email store@happiehugs.store with:
    • Order number
    • Tracking number
    • Clear photos/videos of damage
  4. Resolution:
    • ✅ Full refund OR
    • ✅ Free replacement

10. Address Changes ✏️

11. Failed Delivery Attempts 🚫

If courier cannot deliver (wrong address, recipient unavailable, refused):

  • Courier will attempt 2-3 delivery tries within 5-7 days
  • After Failed Attempts: Package returns to our warehouse
  • Your Options:
    • ✅ Reorder with correct address (refund issued first)
    • ✅ Receive refund directly
    • ✅ Provide alternate delivery address

Note: Return shipping charges (if any) will be deducted per courier policy.


12. Cash on Delivery (COD) 💵

  • COD Availability: Available for most locations (check during checkout)
  • COD Charges: ₹20-30 additional charges may apply (varies by courier)
  • Payment Method: Pay directly to courier at time of delivery (cash/card)
  • Refund if Refused: If you refuse COD, product returns; refund processed after inspection (15-20 days)

HappieHugs is NOT responsible for delays/damage due to:

  • Natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, extreme weather
  • Government restrictions, lockdowns, or curfews
  • Courier partner strikes, operational issues, or bankruptcy
  • Traffic accidents, vehicle breakdown
  • Any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
